WAS THERE ANY EVIDENCE LINKING DROR TO THE CRIME SCENE?
The claims that Dror was the assailant in the Wig Shop Murders are purely circumstantial and theoretical. There is no tangible proof that he was even there.
There was no DNA found at the scene that led back to Dror.
There was no hair or fiber evidence linking Dror to the wig store.
There were no fingerprints, palm prints, or boot prints linking Dror to the wig store.
Dror was accused of brutally stabbing the victims multiple times. However, the lack of blood in Dror’s car, house, and clothing indicates that this is simply impossible.
WHAT EVIDENCE WAS FOUND AT THE CRIME SCENE?
Unidentified blood, DNA evidence, palm prints, boot prints, hairs and fibers were found at the crime scene. The majority of this evidence was either lost or destroyed by the HPD crime lab.
Somehow, the judge did not seem to mind this loss of evidence. And the appellate court held the loss (assumed to be unintentional) to be nothing more than "harmless error."
