MEET DROR - 25 YEARS OLD







He is the first son of Michele and Isaac Goldberg and has two younger brothers, Danny and David.

Dror was born in Houston, Texas, but moved to Israel with his family when he was four years old. While living in Israel, Dror formed a very close and loving bond with his Israeli relatives and the country of Israel.

At the age of 11, the Goldbergs moved back to Houston, and Dror was enrolled in I. Weiner Jewish Secondary School. Dror traveled back and forth from the USA to Israel to regularly visit his family and friends. He continued his education at Bellaire High School where he played football. Dror worked as a lifeguard during and after high school. He also worked as a waiter at a popular neighborhood restaurant. Dror was enrolled at the University of Houston in the hotel and restaurant management program.

He is an avid reader, especially of the classics and adventure stories. Dror and his two brothers are extremely close. They share friends and hobbies, such as skiing and swimming.

Dror also has a large circle of friends, many of whom came to the trial with their parents to testify on his behalf.

Dror has determined to stay positive and productive. He takes the college classes offered in prison and studies law and Judaism through the library.

Dror also initiated regular Friday night services for Jewish inmates and recruited volunteers from Houston to visit and lead services!
